Mindfulness Training

Regardless of theoretical framework or therapeutic modality, Mindfulness trainings complement and deepen all of our other right brain methods. Mindfulness is a powerful tool that helps increase the ability to sit with and hold affectively-charged material, expands the ability to tolerate anxiety and change, and quiet self-criticism and judgment.
